Itsekiri natives have shut down a 28,000-barrels-per-day oil manufacturing facility in Ogidigben, Warri, Delta State.
In a video launched by TVC on Wednesday, a whole bunch of Ogidigben natives have been seen protesting on the entrance of the ability.
