Rivers: Ibas appoints directors for 23 LGs

Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd.), has appointed directors for the 23 Native Authorities Areas of the state.

This comes regardless of a Federal Excessive Courtroom in Port Harcourt reportedly restraining him from appointing directors to supervise the affairs of the native authorities councils.
