Lagos GAC welcomes 2023 PDP guber candidate, Jandor to APC

The Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC) has formally welcomed Dr. Abdul-Azeez Adediran, populalrly generally known as Jandor, a former chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Occasion (PDP) and Visioner of the Lagos4Lagos Motion, into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

DAILY POST remembers that Adediran, the 2023 Lagos State governorship candidate for PDP, defected to APC in March this 12 months.

In a press release launched by his spokesman, Pastor Gbenga Ogunleye, on Thursday in Lagos, Adediran expressed his appreciation for the nice and cozy reception he acquired from GAC members, led by Prince Tajudeen Olusi.

“In a major present of unity and goodwill, Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, Jandor, was warmly acquired by the Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC) Chairman, Prince Tajudeen Olusi; Badagry Division Apex Chief of APC and fellow GAC member, Chief Rabiu Oluwa; Sen. Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon; and Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro,” he stated.

In keeping with Adediran, the reception befell in Saudi Arabia.

“The assembly, which was held in the course of the Umrah pilgrimage, served as a symbolic second of engagement between key stakeholders in Lagos politics, emphasising the significance of unity.

“This encounter displays a shared dedication to the progress and unity of Lagos State, underscoring the enduring values of collective duty and synergy within the furtherance of the imaginative and prescient of the ruling occasion,” Adediran added.
