I used to dwell in a 16-bedroom mansion alone with my Dad – Davido

“I used to be residing alone with my dad in a 16-bedroom mansion as a result of all my siblings have been in America. I had a studio in the home and he didn’t know. A whole studio the place I spent most of my time making music and smoking,” Davido recounted.

The ‘Assurance’ singer revealed that he finally needed to flee the mansion for London to deal with his music.

Davido famous that this transfer did not go down nicely along with his father, who enlisted the companies of Nigerian safety businesses, together with the military and immigration, to seek out him through the six months he spent in London.

He was finally apprehended by his father by a military officer on the airport on his return to Nigeria.

“I left the mansion for about six months. My dad was on the lookout for me, the military, Immigration officers, each safety company in Nigeria was on the lookout for Dr. Deji Adeleke’s son, which is me.

“Finally, I received caught on the airport on my manner again from London, the place I’ve been staying with a producer good friend making music.

“Once I returned to Nigeria, I wasn’t planning to go residence. I landed on the airport with the intention to go to a good friend’s place, however the second I stepped out, a military officer walked as much as me and escorted me outdoors.

“The entire military was outdoors, like 20 of them after which I noticed my dad, hugged him. He was like why did you run away, I mentioned I needed to do music. I simply didn’t know the right way to inform you.”
