The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced it would reconduct the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for candidates who have been affected by technical errors in 157 centres in Lagos State and components of the South-East.

This comes as a aid for the 379,997 college students affected by the technical error and their households.

The re-examination is scheduled to start on Friday, Might 16, 2025, with affected candidates to be notified via textual content message.

JAMB disclosed that the affected candidates who sat for the UTME in any of the recognized 157 malfunctioning centres out of 882 nationwide can be contacted immediately by the Board.
